Involve was engaged to develop a learning concept to integrate sustainability as a natural part of everything Husqvarna Group does.

Idea - Spark curiosity

CURIOUS BY NATURE - SUSTAINABILITY, a digital learning program was developed and launched. It takes everyone on a journey that provides knowledge about sustainability in general and describes Husqvarna Group's sustainability strategy and role on the road ahead. How can we drive this transform­ation together? How do we go from words to action? Curious by Nature – Sustainability, is a way to inspire and spark curiosity and use new sustainable ways of working, learning and sharing. Together.

Impact - Launched globally

The Curious by Nature – Sustainability training has been launched to all employees at Husqvarna Group, in the offices and at production sites worldwide. With the digital learning hub, physical meetings and a mix of films and inspirational material we reach everyone - no matter where they work!
