Marta Karlqvist, who brings more than 30 years of experience as both a trusted adviser and business leader, with first-hand experience of leading businesses through growth, transform­ation and change, joins Aura as Partner & Chief Business Officer following senior leadership roles at Cohn & Wolfe, BCW and Burson, including more than a decade leading the firm's Nordic operations.

This appointment reflects the group's strategy of bringing experienced advisers and business leaders into Aura to unlock the full potential of the group's combined expertise and create even greater value for clients.

Over more than three decades, Marta has advised organisations and led international businesses through growth, transform­ation and change. Having spent much of her career in executive leadership roles while also advising senior leaders, she brings first-hand experience of making the strategic, commercial and organisational decisions that shape successful businesses. Throughout her career, she has helped organisations align business strategy, trust and communi­cations to create sustainable long-term value.

As Partner & Chief Business Officer, Marta will work across Aura to further strengthen the group's position. Drawing on both her executive leadership experience and advisory background, she will connect expertise from across Aura's specialist agencies to help clients solve complex business challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth. She will also contribute to the continued development of Aura's Trust & Growth position and help shape integrated offerings that connect expertise from across the group.
